Rapper Snoop Dogg released his collaborative album “Bush” with Pharrell Williams a year ago and it looks like he’s preparing for another yet another. According to Just Blaze’s Twitter account, fans can expect another album from the Dogfather in July. He also revealed via an Instagram post that fellow rapper Nipsey Hussle has been working with Snoop and that he has been recruited to produce some tracks for the two. There’s been no official word on a release date for the album, however. Fans can expect a new single since we’re only months out from his album’s release date. To say that things have been going well for DJ Khaled is an understatement. First, Jay Z signed with the Miami native in a management capacity last month. Last week, Future posted a photograph of he and Khaled, which some believe is in connection with the duo’s rumored collaboration with Jay. Now, the future appears even brighter for Khaled with the announcement that he’s signed a new deal with Epic Records and will release an album titled “Major Key”. Epic will serve as parent company for Khaled’s We The Best label while he’ll be able to do what he needs to do as a solo artist. While there’s no word on an official release date for the project, a video posted stated that it’s coming “soon.” Khaled added that he’s looking for new talent, so rappers and singers get those mixtapes together! Business is always booming when it comes to the Atlanta rap scene. With such artists as OutKast and Future as well as rhymers Migos and Young Thug ruling the internet, MC J.I.D, is making his own mark with the single “Robotics”, premiering on Billboard. Here, J.I.D. literally sneezes on the track, a piano driven melody that carries lines like “Too much swag, I can sell a house to a realtor”. As a member of Spillage Village, the Atlanta/Baltimore collaborative that is also home to Earth Gang, Jordxn Bryant and Hollywood JB, the former student athlete was kicked out of Hampton University before exchanging his football cleats and textbooks for a microphone. He sites Nas, Little Dragon, D’Angelo and OutKast as influences. “Robotics” is the first single from Spillage Village’s upcoming project “Bears Like This Too Much”, which  will hit stores this spring. J.I.D will also release a solo project, the follow up to the 2015 EP “DiCaprio”. Since the announcement of a Bad Boy Reunion show has received such a tremendous response, Sean “Diddy” Combs took to Twitter to explain that a second show has been added, scheduled for May 21, the day after the officially announced show on May 20. Tickets for the second show are on sale now and are available at Ticketmaster.com.
