The 2016 American Music Awards aired last night, and the show didn’t disappoint. Singer/songwriter Bruno Mars opened the show with a stunning performance of his single “24K Magic”. Mars, his band and backup dancers brought the crowd to its feet with their futuristic performance. In addition to popping and locking their way through an entertaining performance, Mars and his group included a Parliament/Funkadelic interpolation and pyro at the end. Singer/songwriter John Legend delivered a touching performance of his single “Love Me Now.” During his performance, Legend, who was introduced by wife Chrissy  Teigen, lit up the stage, borrowing images and scenes from the song’s diverse music video, which appeared behind him as well as over his 3  tier stage platforms. Fifth Harmony delivered an entertaining performance as well. Drake, Fifth Harmony and Ariana Grande were among last night’s winners. All in all, the show was an entertaining one. One fans will remember for some time. His last album, “Black Market”, was released via Def  Jam Records on Dec. 4, 2015 and reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200. Fans should stay tuned for more details regarding new music from the Maybach Music boss. After cancelling his make up show in Inglewood, CA last night and cutting his Sacramento show short this past weekend, rapper Kanye West has cancelled the remainder of his  “Saint Pablo Tour”, a represented confirmed with Billboard. This news comes after several fiery rants from West, who revealed during a show in San Jose that while he didn’t vote in the 2016 election, he sided with president elect Donald Trump, only to later go into a bizarre rant where he mentioned Jay Z, Beyoncé, Hilary Clinton, Labron James and others during his Sacramento show on Saturday night. West later ended the show, leaving fans demanding a refund. Last month, West added several dates to the tour, including a New Year’s Eve finale at Brooklyn’s Barclays center on Dec. 31. There were 21 tour dates remaining with a Nov. 22 show in Fresno, CA. Tickets for the show will be refunded, a representative for Live Nation confirmed.
