Singer/songwriter Kehlani continues to serve fans musical goodies as she prepares for the release of her forthcoming debut album “SWEETSEXYSAVAGE.” The latest announcement to come from the San Francisco based artist is her first headlining tour, scheduled to start in 2017. The upcoming “SWEETSEXYSAVAGE Tour” is set to make stops in several major cities, including Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Toronto and more. Fans who pre-order her debut album, “SWEETSEXYSAVAGE”, will get first access to an exclusive ticket pre-sale for the North American leg of the tour. “SWEETSEXYSAVAGE” is now available and all purchasers will receive three songs; “CRZY”, “Distraction” and “Advice.” Without question, this is a tour fans shouldn’t miss. Former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland has added author to her impressive resume. The singer/actress/executive producer will release her first book, “Whoa, Baby!”, on March 28. Rowland indicated during an interview that the purpose of “Whoa, Baby!: A Guide For New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed And Freaked Out (And Wonder What The F*** Just Happened)” is to comfort new moms and give them knowledge regarding what’s going on with them. The book was co-authored by Rowland’s personal OB/GYN Dr. Tristan Emily Bickman and published by De Capo Lifelong Books. Eleven time Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Charlie Wilson has announced the release of his forthcoming album, “In It To Win It”, along with an upcoming tour. The North American leg of the tour is scheduled to begin on Feb. 8, 2017, while the album will be released on Feb. 27. The album features special guest appearances from Snoop Dogg, Pitbull, Robin Thicke, Wiz Khalifa and T.I. The first single, “Chills”, will be released soon. Every online ticket purchase will include a physical copy of “In It To Win It.” Any album redemption submitted by customers will be received on the album’s release date. Shortly after J. Cole fired shots with “False Prophets”, rapper Wale responded with “Groundhog Day.” The rapper released “Groundhog Day” via Soundcloud on Saturday opening with a lyric directly referencing J Cole’s latest single. Ironically, all seemed well between the two on Saturday, when Wale shared a video of the two taking in a basketball game. Only time will tell what will transpire from here.
