It’s official. Beyoncé, along with Kendrick Lamar and Radiohead will headline the 2017 Coachella Music and Arts Festival, which will take place in Indio California over the course of two weekends in April. The event will feature a star studded line up of artist over that weekend. Opening on Friday, April 14, will be Travis Scott, Mac Miller, Banks and more. Radiohead will close the event as headliners. On Saturday, April 15, Queen Bey will grace the stage. Prior to that, fans will be treated to sets by Future, ScHoolboy Q, Gucci Mane, Tory Lanez, Majid Jordan, and many more. On April 15, Kendrick Lamar will take the stage. Before that, DJ Khaled, Kehlani, NAO, Kaytranda, and others will hit the festival stages and tents. Per usual, the festival will feature the same line up the following weekend April 21-23, as an encore edition, which has always included changes. Tickets are available now. President Barack Obama is ending his eight year term with a bash. He will host a farewell party at the White House, according to the Washington Post. Among the celebrity guests slated to attend are Beyoncé, Jay Z, Usher, Oprah Winfrey, Samuel L. Jackson and Bradley Cooper, according to an insider. Following this farewell event, President Obama will continue his goodbye tour with a stop in Chicago for a farewell address on January 10. Although the White House hasn’t confirmed, it’s likely The Roots will  play a role as well. Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana, welcomed their  son  Eissa Al Mana, on January 3. Her father, Joe Jackson, shared his happiness via his website, and in the process may have confirmed a long standing rumor. It’s been rumored for decades that Janet had a child with ex-husband James DeBarge, with whom she eloped in 1984. The couple divorced a short time later. In the meantime, DeBarge has confirmed that he knew that Janet was pregnant during that time, although that was never officially confirmed.  Nonetheless, Joe Jackson also posted a collage of photographs of him with his daughter. Celebrity stylist Shun Melson, much like her client of 10  years Gucci Mane, has a business acumen as distinctive as her art. She began her career after a series of mishaps in shoe retail. Her first client was singer Monica. She later went on to work with gospel singer Tasha Cobbs, who had trouble finding stylish looks. Now, Melson creates stylish looks for Atlanta native Gucci Mane.
