After Soulja Boy and Chris Brown sparred on Instagram over Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, Soulja Boy revealed to Hollywood Unlock that Tran isn’t the reason for the public rift. Soulja stated that Brown’s none too pleased about the fact that he dated ex-girlfriend Rihanna. According to the rapper, Rihanna befriended him shortly after her 2009 assault, for which Brown was charged with two felonies and sentenced to probation. The assault occurred after that year’s Grammy awards. There is now a scheduled boxing match between the two. While Soulja Boy has already begun training with boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., rapper 50 Cent has reportedly hired boxer Mike Tyson to train Brown. The match will take place in March.
