This morning, BBD visited Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club” to discuss the BET miniseries “The New Edition Story” and more. During the 5o minute interview, the guys discussed the authenticity of the film and what they chose to leave out. They also talked about why they chose to form BBD instead of going solo, Bobby Brown’s hesitance in being involved with the film and their hit “Poison.” The cast members also stopped by to discuss playing their roles, learning the dance moves and enduring a 30 day boot camp in preparation. The final installment of the miniseries airs tonight on BET at 9 p.m./8 c.t. After years of building a buzz with You Tube and Soundcloud, singer Kehlani has made a name for herself. She’s signed to Atlantic Records, and her debut album, “Sweet, Sexy Savage”, will be released  tomorrow. After releasing numerous singles from the effort, she’s released a track list, and it’s hefty by today’s album standards. Containing 17 songs with two bonus tracks and no guest appearances, the Los Angeles native is determined to show the world what she’s made of. Bruno Mars has been added to the list of performers for the 2017 Grammy Awards. The 4 time Grammy winner is nominated for “Album of the Year” for his work on Adele’s “25” and will join a list of performers that includes Adele, John Legend, Metallica, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. Mars performed on the Grammys in 2013, where he took the stage twice. The 59th Annual Grammy Awards will air on February 12 on CBS at 8 p.m EST/5 p.m. PST. Rapper Big Sean continued promoting his forthcoming project “I Decided” with an appearance on “The Daily Show.” During his visit, he revealed that  his Sean Anderson Foundation has raised over $100,000 for the residents of Flint, Michigan, who have suffered from a water crisis. He also revealed that his mother was a victim of lead poisoning. By using both holistic and homeopathic remedies, she has recovered. He addressed the matter on the song “Bigger Than Me.” During the outro, he used the Flint Chosen Choir. “I Decided” will be released on February 3.
