Singer Chris Brown is once again defending his character following a lengthy story in Billboard magazine, which highlights his drug and anger issues. Billboard interviewed several people who used to work with Brown to support the claims regarding  Brown’s alleged issues. According to some excerpts from the article, among other things, Brown’s drug of choice is molly or coke, he’s bipolar and has been taking medication since 2014, he’s been to rehab twice and was kicked out on both occasions, and he never wants to hear that he has no money and blames others when his funds run low. Instead of releasing a statement via his publicist, Brown took to social media to deny the claims against him. Brown ended the video by showing off his luxury cars, insisting that all is well. Let’s hope that’s truly the case. Ro James returned to his home town of New York City following a sold out show at the Highline Ballroom. In addition, he made his first appearance on “The Breakfast Club” to discuss his career. Speaking with Angela, Envy and Charlamagne The God, the singer/songwriter gave listeners background information on his upbringing, introduction to music, including his family’s inspiration. They later discussed R&B culture today, and his thoughts on remaining true to your artistry and not following trends because it may get you a record deal. Ro also opened up regarding his relationship with the mother of his daughter and his decision to remain single at this point in his career. He also talked about touring with Erykah Badu, what he learned from her and how he applies what he learned to his own stage shows. Remy Ma took another swing at Nicki Minaj on the diss track “Another One”, which debuted last night on Funkmaster Flex’s Hot 97 radio show last night. The track comes less than a week after the scathing “ShETHER”,  and borrows some notes from Drake’s playbook by referencing his Meek Mill diss track “Back To Back” in style and delivery. While no official audio has been released yet, rips of the track are up.
