Complaints from some of Chris Brown’s neighbors to the LAPD have the police department on alert, so much so, that they want to talk with the singer. According to TMZ, the singer’s neighbors have  been complaining about “reckless behavior” in the form of loud music and partying, reckless driving, drug use and fighting. TMZ reported that the Los Angeles Police Department wants to talk with the singer about the complaints before something serious happens and come to an agreement. According to LAPD, Brown has become a chronic problem who takes a huge amount of resources. This news comes after it was reported that Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran is seeking a three year restraining order from a judge to keep Brown away from her because she fears for her life. Rick Ross is bringing the heat to his forthcoming album “Rather You Than Me.” After collaborating with Young Thug and Mayvbach Music’s own Wale for “Trap, Trap, Trap”, Ross returns with the single “She On my D**k”, featuring Gucci Mane. On the Beats Billionaire produced track, Ross brags about how his cash flow is a magnet for ladies. Gucci Mane swoops in on the second verse, following Ross’ lead, and even name drops the coach of the New England Patriots. During an interview, Ross referred to his new project as his magnum opus. “Rather You Than Me” will be released on March 17. After sending jabs to Remy Ma via the track “No Frauds”, Nicki Minaj targeted Partynextdoor last week after rumors surfaced that he wrote her single “Regret In Your Tears.” PND reportedly liked several tweets suggesting his possible involvement with the soulful ballad. Meanwhile, in an effort to debunk those claims, Minaj tweeted that PND had nothing to do with the record. The OVO artist tweeted that he’s  a fan of Minaj’s in a now deleted tweet.
