
20-year-old Atlanta, GA native Adam Alexander, known professionally as Demo Tape, has released the electronic R&B infused EP “Momentary.” The project, released via 300 Entertainment, is a montage of the sounds Demo Tape wanted to shared with listeners. The first single, “Insecure”, premiered on NPR. The track fuses R&B with a gospel redux. In addition, the project is a live journal where the singer shares his struggles with depression and anxiety. He also opens up to listeners regarding discovering identity, masculinity and navigating through various relationships. The singer/songwriter/producer released his second single “Own It”, also included on the EP, before its release. The album showcases the young singer’s ability to be vulnerable and humbled by life experiences. He uses his art to tell his story and assures listeners that that they are not alone. London born singer/songwriter Jessie Ware has announced that she will support her latest studio effort, “Glasshouse”, with a headlining North American tour. Beginning April 15 in Indio, CA, the tour will visit Boston, Toronto, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia before concluding on May 11 in Washington DC. RGF signee Tapia has released his debut single “Lie No More.” The New Jersey native blends dancehall, R&B and Hip Hop to create the track’s overall feel. He finds himself questioning his lady’s commitment to their relationship. Tapia just wrapped up the “For My Fans Tour” with Fetty Wap and will release a visual for his debut single soon. Following the release of his debut album “WWW”, Hip Hop new comer Towkio visited “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” to perform the single “Symphony.” The performance began with a calm Towkio, on stage sporting a bubble coat, supported by a full band as an uptempo percussion section kicked in. The Chicago musician then proceeded to hop on the record at a frantic pace, quickly gaining speed in flow until singer Teddy Jackson appeared on stage to calm things down with his vocals on the chorus. The rapper has received accolades from rapper Kanye West and legendary producer Rick Rubin, among others. Fans can expect more from him in the future.
