Case Woodard, known professionally as Case, is an American singer/songwriter. He began his career as a member of the group Future before joining the duo Black. He later worked as a background vocalist and songwriter for Usher, Christopher Williams and Al B. Sure. Armed with a song written for singer Faith Evans, he was discovered by Russell Simmons, who signed him to Def Jam Records. His solo career began with the release of the single “Touch Me, Tease Me”, featuring Foxy Brown and Mary J. Blige. His debut album, “Case”, soon followed. It also included the singles “More To Love” and “I Gotcha.” His sophomore effort, “Personal Conversation”, featured the singles “Happily Ever After” and “Faded Pictures.” He has released the albums “Open Letter” (2001), “The Rose Experience” (2009), “Here, My Love” (2010), “Heaven’s Door” (2015) and “Therapy” (2018).
