Following a reunion tour and much anticipation, R&B quartet Day 26 has finally released their 10th-anniversary  collection “A New Day.” The 6-song EP, which is currently No. 1 on the iTunes R&B Albums Chart, features the single “4 Shots.” The group revealed in a statement that their goal was to give fans the classic Day 26 sound and blend it with a more modern sound. However, there’s one disappointment with the release of the EP; member Brian Angel announced his departure from the group this past summer. It’s unclear how his departure will impact the group going forward. They’ve parted ways in the past. Singer Bobby V. has delivered another visual from his album “Electrik.” Following the release of the video “Beautiful Life” last month, he returns with the video “Love Me Slow.” This time around, Bobby chose a performance theme, channeling Prince in a jewel covered long white coat. He performs with an 80’s style guitar and a long silk scarf hanging off  his mic stand. Fans will enjoy this one. In promotion of his latest studio effort, “Dancing Shadows”, R&B singer Mario appeared on “The Wendy Williams Show.” Taking the stage with only a guitarist, the crooner sported a zebra printed leather  jacket and a multicolored print shirt underneath. Mario delivered a captivating performance of the album’s first single “Drowning” while surrounded by female audience members at the edge of the round stage platform. Singer J. Holiday is finally returning to music. In recent years, the R&B crooner has been getting attention for some negative comments on social media, which have painted him as an angry, bitter man. Hopefully, his personal challenges will be channeled into positivity as he gets back to sharing his artistry. The Washington, DC native returns with the single “25 To Life.” It’s the first single from his forthcoming album “Time”, which will be the follow up to 2014’s “Guilty Conscience.” While love is the theme, Holiday has indicated that the relationship is actually between himself and music. While he continues to prepare for the release of his new album “Time”, J. Holiday is performing spot dates across North America and overseas. Rising independent artist Doss is a rapper/singer/songwriter from Stamford, CT. Born Brandon Docimo, he developed a passion for music at an early age and was influenced by Eminem, Cassidy, Nas, Biggie and Drake. He also enjoyed sports. In 2015, his college basketball career ended, and his music career was revitalized.  He blends rap with R&B, pop and everything in between. His latest single “For Life” is a duet with R&B singer J-Delice. The track finds Doss admitting that he wasn’t ready to settle down, but his girlfriend is so strong, he wants to have her “For Life.” Doss is poised to become one of the hottest artist in the industry. Over the weekend, legendary rap ensemble Wu Tang Clan took the stage at the A3C Conference in Atlanta, GA. They performed their debut album, “Enter The Wu Tang: 36 Chambers”,  from start to finish. From “Triumph” to “Wu Tang Clan Ain’t Nothing To F With”, the group whipped fans into a frenzy.  Member Method Man even went into “Rockwilder” and “M.E.T.H.O.D Man” with ease. Even Ol Dirty Bastard’s spirit could be felt throughout the venue. His son Young Dirty Bastard performed “Shimmy Shimmy Ya” in honor of his father with his father’s crew filling in the background.
