Singer/songwriter Bibi Bourelly returns to the airwaves with the new single “Writer’s Song”, and after one listen fans will understand why she’s an artist to watch. “Writer’s Song” will  appear on Bibi’s forthcoming album, and serves as the first new music heard from the singer since “Boy”, a 4-song EP of live studio recordings that delved into boy/relationships through the prism of Bibi’s life, in and out of the spotlight. Bibi, whose single “Ego”, reached the Top 5 on the Spotify Viral 50, and on 12 independent country charts, including the U.S,  Canada, and the UK. It was also the subject of a memorial page 1 Arts profile in the New York Times in May 2016. Her next single, “Ballin”, reached #12 on urban radio. She made television appearances on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, the Late Late Show with James Corden and the BET Awards. In addition, she’s appeared in  Elle, Glamour, Billboard, Essence, The Fader and other magazines. The visual for “Ego”, filmed in Berlin, has surpassed 2 million You Tube views, while the video for “Ballin” has surpassed 2.4 million You Tube views. Singer Keith Sweat’s 13th studio effort is slated for release on October 26. Earlier this year, the R&B icon kicked off promotion for the project with the release of the ballad “How Many Ways”, a duet with K-Ci. The song reached #5 on the Urban AC and received 4 million streams. Now, he’s back with another ballad, “Boomerang”, a duet with Candace Price. The sensual, seductive number finds the two yearning for the love of one another, with Candace begging for it, and Keith promising to give it to her right. “Boomerang” is definitely a welcomed addition to a cuffing season playlist. Keith Sweat’s forthcoming album, “Playing For Keeps”, is the follow up to his 2016 effort “Dress To Impress.” The project will contain more sensual ballads and smooth grooves from the R&B veteran. In addition to K-Ci and Candace Price, the album also includes special guest appearances from Teddy Riley, Tank, Alkaline, Akon and Ray Fade. Sweat will promote the project by performing over the next few months. Sibling duo WeRRedemption aims to inspire with their new single “Fearless.” They’ve survived bullying and a bank robbery, and now they want to inspire and encourage listeners to never give up on their dreams and bring peace and kindness to the world. The track calls for the freedom to be fearless. “Fearless” appears on WeRRedemption’s new album, “Finally Here”, which contains music with a positive, uplifting message. Camden, New Jersey born, New York City based singer Rico Davis recently graced the stage during episode 6 of Singersroom’s “Voice & Acoustics”, a performance series that showcases the vocal ability of singers with minimal instrumentation. For his live session, the crooner performed a rendition of his single “Hustle Harder”, a song that Rico says is about perseverance and making a way out of no way. Rico was joined in the studio by singer Quis Vaughn and a guitarist. As co-writer of all his material, Rico’s writing process stems from his highs and lows as a outlier. “Hustle Harder” will appear on Rico’s upcoming EP, which he says was inspired by several things. Pop/R&B singer Khalid announced that his forthcoming EP, “Suncity”, will be released on October 19. The project was named after his  hometown of El Paso, Texas. The cover art shows Khalid sitting in front of a brick house and a vintage blue Mustang. He released the single “Better” last  month. “Suncity” marks Khalid’s first project since 2017’s Grammy nominated  “American Teen”, which was certified platinum and featured the singles ‘Location” and “Young, Dumb & Broke.” A week before the release of his latest album, Raheem Devaughn delivers the single “That Way (Act 1).” The crooner begins by being clear that the track is a nasty song before going on to describe a new romance that feels familiar. “Decade Of A Love King”, which is due on October 19, includes the singles “Don’t Come Easy” and “What It Feels Like.” With the single “Lucid Dreams” still burning up the charts, rapper Juice WRLD has unveiled  his latest single “Armed & “Dangerous” yesterday. The track also has an accompanying video, directed by Cole Bennett, who also directed the Chicago native’s  “Lucid Dreams” and “All Girls Are the Same” videos. The 19-year-old artist reflects on the changes in his life since his rise to stardom in 2018. The clip implements performances in Europe as part of Juice WRLD’s The World Domination Tour.
