Emerging singer Ryahn has just released the glowing new single, “Popstar”, produced by Seattle based producer Sango. The sultry single depicts the challenges Ryahn faces with her significant other. “Popstar” is Ryahn’s fourth single, and follows the singles “Baby Boy”, “Ease Ur Mind” and “Studio.” Ryahn is an R&B singer/songwriter from South Florida who developed a love for performance and theater as a child. She began crafting music at age 13. That same year, she began playing her first guitar. Ryahn’s parents assisted in molding her musical influences and she went on to discover some of her own favorites including Denise Williams, Biz Markie, R Kelly, Al Green, Mary J. Blige, Prince, Lauryn Hill, The Rolling Stones and others. In 2016, she released her single “Baby Boy” via Soundcloud, which received half a million plays and another 175,000 plays on Spotify. These achievements certainly make her one to watch. Apple Music has premiered the visual for Anderson.Paak’s latest single “Tints”, a duet with Kendrick Lamar. “Tints” is the first single from his sophomore effort, “Oxnard”, due out on November 16 via Aftermath Entertainment. In the Colin Tilley directed clip, which plots social injustice issues, including the treatment of African Americans, features cameo appearances  by Dr. Dre and his wife Nicole Young. “Tints” is a sign of what’s to come from the Grammy nominated singer/songwriter/producer/multi-instrumentalist. Following the release of their crossover single “Woman Like Me”, featuring rapper Nicki Minaj, British girl group Little Mix returns with the official music video. Directed by Marc Klasfeld and filmed in London and Los Angeles, the clip highlights the quartet’s fashion sense, personalities, and choreography; all with a cameo appearance from Nicki Minaj, who is shown painting on a wall. “Woman Like Me” has received over 24 million streams since its release and will be featured on Little Mix’s forthcoming  album “LM5.” The album will be released globally on November 16, and is available for pre-order now. In the visual for her new single “Dose”, Ciara gives a feeling of school pride and leading the band with slick choreographed dance moves which will keep viewers glued to the screen. Directed by Ciara, Jamaica Craft and Diane Martel, and set in a high school gymnasium, the clip highlights the mood of the single. Jaylah Johnson and Atlanta mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms make cameo appearances in the video. The video was released on Ciara’s 33rd birthday. Her husband Russell Wilson surprised her by showing up backstage at her show at the Staples Center on Wednesday. Ariana Grande has just announced a North American trek titled “The Sweetner World Tour.” The tour will begin on March 18, 2019 in Albany, NY, and will visit Boston, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston, Miami and Atlanta before wrapping up on June 18 at Madison Square Garden in New York. An American Express pre-sale begins on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 10 a.m. and ends on Saturday Nov. 3. “The Sweetner World Tour” follows the release of Grande’s fourth studio effort “Sweetner.” “Sweetner” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and moved 231,000 units. This will be Grande’s first tour since 2017’s “Dangerous Woman Tour.” Tragedy struck on May 22 when a terrorist bombing killed 22 and injured 800 during a show in Manchester. Earlier this year, Grande revealed that she suffered post-traumatic stress disorder following the tragedy. Recently, she struggled with anxiety issues, which she feared would cripple her tour hopes. Grande is also mourning the loss of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller , who passed away in September. Rapper Jay Rock continues to bask in the acclaim earned by his album “Redemption.” A duet with Kendrick Lamar titled “Wow Freestyle”, was recently given the visual treatment. The West Coast MCs ride through their California neighborhoods in the Jack Bergert clip. They make stops at various staples to reunite with their friends. At certain points, Bergert uses a grainer shot, providing an authentic feel to the street life that Jay Rock and Kendrick Lamar grew up in before rising to fame. The pair pull up to a softball field in a Dodge Charger to bring the video to a close, where someone runs across the diamond with their feet on fire. Jay Rock’s “The Big Redemption Tour” visited San Diego, CA last night as one of the final dates before wrapping things up in Detroit.
