Singer Pamela Long, a member of 90’s R&B group Total, confesses her love in the visual for her new single “Ghetto Love.” In the clip, the veteran songstress takes viewers though her hood while showing off her significant other as she pledges her love. On “Ghetto Love”, Long’s soulful delivery takes center stage. It’s unclear if the track will appear on a forthcoming solo project. In 2014, Total appeared at the Legends Of Bad Boy concert and Total continues to tour together. Fans should stay tuned for more new music. Singer/songwriter Marissa has just released her debut EP “This Is Me.” A 4-track project, “This Is Me” showcases a new sound and attitude from the artist. The EP was written entirely by Marissa. The EP is a complete representation of her and the steps she took to get where she is today. She hopes the project will motivate others to believe in themselves and become who they’re truly meant to be. Marissa’s debut EP, “This Is Me”, is available via all streaming services. Singer/songwriter Pleasure P introduced himself to R&B fans as the lead singer of R&B quartet Pretty Ricky. During his time with the group, his smooth and melodic voice was showcased on several singles. After the group disbanded, he pursued a solo career, and released his debut album “The Introduction Of Marcus Cooper.” He also  released several singles, toured, worked on the “Break Up To Make Up” EP, and joined the cast of “Love & Hip Hop: Miami.” Now, he’s released his second mixtape, “She Likes”, via Cleopatra Records. The 10-track project features the single “Wassup.” Fans can be sure that there’s more music to come. Singer/songwriter Shenna hits the road in the video for her latest single “Conversations”, leaving distractions behind for some quality time with her significant other. Or she makes viewers assume that it’s hard to escape technology. Shenna Somsieh, known professionally as Shenna, is a singer/songwriter/actress/dancer/producer/model. Since age seven, she has performed for audiences in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Hailing from Woodbridge, Virginia, Sheena has received airplay in Poland, Australia, Ghana and the United Kingdom. Shenna’s debut album, “Dream In Color”, held the number one spot on Bandcamp in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia market for several months. Last October, Big K.R.I.T. won the hearts of hip hop fans with his album “4eva Is A Mighty Long Time.” Although the Mississippi native has been quiet for most of 2018, he has finally returned with the three-track EP “Thrice X.” The tracks find the MC comfortable with his current standing in the hip hop game, and dismissing detractors. Hopefully, “Thrice X” will lead to bigger things for Big K.R.I.T. in the future. Rapper 2 Chainz returns with the two-track EP “Hot Wings Are A Girl’s Best Friend.” The project contains the single “Hot Wings” and a duet with Ty Dolla $ign titled “Girl’s Best Friend.” 2 Chainz surprised fans with the announcement that new music was on the way yesterday. The post also featured a teaser for a visual that will be attached to either “Hot Wings” or “Girl’s Best Friend.” We’ll have to wait and see what transpires.
