In support of the highly anticipated forthcoming live action remake of the Disney classic “The Lion King”, Beyonce returns to the airwaves with the single “Spirit.” Written by Beyonce and produced by Lebo M. and Hans Zimmer, the track contains a gospel vibe along with Beyonce’s signature vocals. “Spirit” also arrives along with the announcement of a new album produced by Beyonce titled, “The Lion King: The Gift.” Separate from the film’s original motion picture soundtrack, the album will pair Beyonce with international artists. “Spirit” will appear on “The Lion King: The Gift” and “The Lion King: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack”, along with a duet with Donald Glover on the classic “Can You Feel The Love Tonight.” The original was composed by Sir Elton John and performed by Kristie Edwards, Joseph Williams, Sally Dworsky, Nathan Lane and Ernie Sabella. Both “The Lion King: The Gift” and “The Lion King: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack” will be available on July 19, 2019 via Walt Disney Records. Disney’s “The Lion King” hits theaters Friday, July 19, 2019. Rapper Gunna has always sported trendy apparel, and the Atlanta native makes certain his ladies do the same. This is apparent in his new music video “Baby Birkin.” The track originally appeared on his album “Drip Or Drown 2” earlier this year. Gunna brings several women to the wide open pink-dyed mountains, where a carnival with games and rides is set up. Bags are given as expensive prizes to winners instead of your usual stuffed animal or goldfish. Jordyn Woods stars as Gunna’s love interest, and the two are shown riding a carousel as the video comes to a close. Fans will enjoy this one.
