Rexx Life Raj is preparing for the release of his  highly anticipated album “Father Figure 3: Somewhere Out There.” Before crossing the finish line, he delivers the single “Your Way”, featuring Kehlani. Raj croons about  getting butterflies when it comes to a love interest over an acoustic instrumental. Kehlani graces the track, assisting Raj in the background before taking center stage for a silky assist. Kehlani was spotted in the studio back in July, which is when the tune was born. The singer’s forthcoming album includes special guest appearances by Russ, Bas, Jay Prince, Kenny Beats and Sango. Listen to “Your Way” below.

This song is the property of Rexx Life Raj/Empire.

This song is the property of Label Worx/You Tube Deliveries.

Teren Delvon Jones, known professionally as Del The Funky Homosapien or Sir DZL, is an American rapper/singer/songwriter/producer. He is the cousin of pioneering West Coast rapper Ice Cube, and began his music career writing songs for Ice Cube’s group The Lench Mob. In 1991, with Ice Cube’s assistance, he recorded his debut album, “I Wish My Brother George Was Here.” The album was a commercial success thanks to the single “Mistadobalina.” However, Del wasn’t pleased with the limited range of the album and severed his production-artist ties with Ice Cube for his sophomore effort, “No Need For Alarm.” Five years later, Del released his third album, “Future Development.” He has also released the albums “Both Sides Of The Brain” (2000), “Eleventh Hour” (2008), “Funk Man (The Stimulus Package)” (2009), “Automatik Statik” (2009), “It Ain’t Illegal Yet” (2010), “Golden Era” (2011), “Root Stimulation” (2012), “Iller Than Most” (2014) and “Gate 13” (2018).

musical-notes

Rapper Post Malone spends his 11th week atop the Billboard Artist 100, leading the list dated Nov. 2, as the top music act in the United States. He remains at the summit as his latest album “Hollywood’s Bleeding” remains No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a fourth week in a row. Notably, it’s the first project released in 2019 to remain number one for four weeks. The album leads the Billboard 200 with 93,000 equivalent album units, according to Nielsen Music, while six tracks from the project appear on the Billboard Hot 100, lead by “Circles”, currently at No. 4. With his 11th week reign on the Artist 100 chart, Malone ties Justin Bieber for the sixth-most weeks spent at No. 1, dating to the chart’s launch in 2014. The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay, and streaming and social media fan interaction to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.

They later moved into a house in the San Fernando Valley. While living in the San Fernando Valley, Post met 1st Down of FKI. Independent UK singer XO delivers the sultry single, “Less Than Lovers”, a track that addresses the gray area of relationships. All in all, it’s a situation-ship record for cuffing season. XO lays his cards on the line over a punchy bassline and instrumental that fuses influences from both the eastern and western hemispheres. The track contains an infectious chorus, laden with oozing guitars and a stunning vocal performance. “Less Than Lovers” is the followup to XO’s Afro-Latin/R&B tinged gem “Shut It Down”, which was released earlier this year. Having written “The Cycle” for Canadian singer Shay Lia earlier this year, in addition to developing new acts, the 24-year-old songwriter is beginning to unveil tracks from his own vault. Following the release of her short film project, R&B singer Bridget Kelly returns with the single “Single Player Game.” On the ballad produced by Grammy Award winner Ayo N Keyz, Kelly delivers a passionate vocal performance about not settling down in a relationship. “Single Player Game” is the lead single from Kelly’s forthcoming EP, slated for release soon. The project will be the follow up to her recently released five track EP, “The Great Escape”, which was accompanied by a short film that follows the love story between Bridget and her co-star Scott Machado, and also stars Brooke Crittendon, and directed by Joshua “Lucky” Peters. Bridget Kelly is an accomplished singer and television personality with career highlights that include appearances on “Straight Talk With Steve Harvey” and Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.” She was a Roc Nation protege and has collaborated with Kendrick Lamar and Kelly Clarkson.

Normani Taps 21 Savage For Motivation Remix

29 Tuesday Oct 2019

Last August, singer Normani released the single “Motivation” to close out the summer. Several months after reaching the Billboard Top 40, she taps rapper 21 Savage for the track’s remix. Savage opens up about being a lover’s motivation in life, but if you cross him, the relationship’s over. The Atlanta rapper seems to be employing a strategy seen in the past with rappers adding verses to R&B tracks. He’s collaborated with Jhene Aiko and Summer Walker, while Normani is preparing for the release of her debut album in 2020. Listen to the “Motivation (Savage Remix)”  below.

This song is the property of Normani.
