Raj croons about  getting butterflies when it comes to a love interest over an acoustic instrumental. Kehlani graces the track, assisting Raj in the background before taking center stage for a silky assist. Kehlani was spotted in the studio back in July, which is when the tune was born. Teren Delvon Jones, known professionally as Del The Funky Homosapien or Sir DZL, is an American rapper/singer/songwriter/producer. He is the cousin of pioneering West Coast rapper Ice Cube, and began his music career writing songs for Ice Cube’s group The Lench Mob. Rumor has it the name was a reference to NBA star Karl Malone, but Post later explained that Post is his last name, and he used a rap generator to get Malone. Independent UK singer XO delivers the sultry single, “Less Than Lovers”, a track that addresses the gray area of relationships. All in all, it’s a situation-ship record for cuffing season. XO lays his cards on the line over a punchy bassline and instrumental that fuses influences from both the eastern and western hemispheres.
