It’s been over a year since singer/songwriter She’Chinah has released new music. However, her work has remained under the radar. She’s been working on the single “Waterfall”, which incorporates a house flair into her smooth vocals. While her previous single “Solitaire” blended R&B, jazz and Neo-Soul, “Waterfall” showcases another side of She’Chinah’s talent. “Waterfall” is an upbeat track that captures the feeling of walking on a cloud. Therapeutic, nostalgic, and dreamy are among the adjectives one could use to describe the single. The “waterfall” she refers to is her emotions running free on the track, while she uses her voice to express other sides of her. Using the upbeat style of house music adds to the duality of the song. The smooth and relaxing beat allows her message to be communicated to listeners effectively. She’Chinah has been featured on EARLMILK, Repp Magazine, and the Tidal Rising RB& Playlist. She’Chinah is currently preparing a slew of releases for 2019. Jhene Aiko has tapped fellow R&B songstress Summer Walker and rapper 21 Savage for the remix of her single “Triggered (Freeystyle).” Not depreciating much from the original version, both Walker and Savage deliver thought-provoking lyrics about bad break-ups. 21 Savage highlights how his ex-girlfriend is with a lame dude now, while Walker delivers on emotional heartache. Walker and Aiko’s voices blend perfectly, nearly indistinguishable from one another as the song progresses. “Triggered (Freestyle)” is Aiko’s latest single and the followup to her 2017 LP “Trip.” Last year, she collaborated with Sean Paul on his single “Naked Truth.” She also appeared on Kris Wu’s “Freedom”, and Big Sean’s “Single Again” along with Ty Dolla $ign. Aiko will also appear on Walker’s debut album, “Over It”, due out Friday. Eric Bellinger recently released the brand new album, “Saved By The Bellinger.” On the 10-song project, which is the followup to his fifth studio album, “The Rebirth 2”, released earlier this year, Bellinger continues to highlight his growth and creativity as an artist by giving listeners several vibes. The album features special guest appearances by K Camp, Wale, Guapdad 4000, Marcus Black and Kehlani. Bellinger will support the new album with the 13-city Cuffing Season Tour, which will begin on December 1 in Dallas, TX. The trek will include special guests Ye Ali, Sy Ari Da Kid and Garren, and visit Houston, Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Los Angeles before wrapping up on December 23 in San Francisco.
