Singer Alicia Keys shines a light on the “Underdog” on her latest single. Written by Ed Sheeran and co-produced with Johnny McDaid, Keys inspires and celebrates people who have been overlooked or underestimated. In the accompanying music video, the Grammy winner spotlights individuals who have been counted out. “Underdog” is the follow-up to the previously released singles “Time Machine” and “Show Me Love”, which earned her an 11th #1 on the Billboard Adult R&B Songs airplay chart. Keys’ forthcoming album, “Alicia”, will be released this spring. Pop star Normani and rapper Megan Thee Stallion join forces on the single, “Diamonds.” Making it clear that they love the bling, the pair delivers enticing lyrics and vocals about being independent. In the accompanying music video, the two entice viewers with their ensembles and gorgeous bodies. The clip also incorporates exclusive footage from Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn. “Diamonds” is the first single from the Birds of Prey soundtrack and the song makes history as the first song to sample Marilyn Monroe’s “Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend.”
