Rising R&B singer Wilke$ is longing for an old love on his new single “Go Back.” “Go Back” appears on his latest project “A.P.C.S. 2015.” The singer/songwriter/producer has an extensive resume. Fans of fellow rising star Samoht are acquainted with Wilke$ productions because he is the main producer for the vocal powerhouse. In 2019, Wilke$ and partner Union formed the production duo No1Ever and produced Samoht’s album “Exit.” Now, he’s turned his attention to Wilke$ the artist, and the results are incredible. Prior to the release of his EP, Wilke$ treated fans to remakes of songs by Ro James, Jagged Edge and Montell Jordan. On “Go Back” he gives fans the nostalgic feeling they’d get from MusiqSoulchild’s debut album. On the song, he reminds his lady of all the things they did to make one another fall in love. It’s a feeling anyone in a long term relationship can relate to. The song’s tender lyrics and uptempo vibe is a refreshing change from the current trap leaning era of R&B. Just days before the release of her forthcoming album “Good To Know”, singer Jo Jo has given fans another preview of what to expect from the project with the release of the single “Lonely Hearts.” Sonically, the track is the unfiltered R&B JoJo has been longing for. Pair that with her powerful vocals, and it’s easy to see why “Lonely Hearts” hits all the right notes. If “Lonely Hearts” and “Man” are any indication, fans are in for a treat when the album is released on May 1. To celebrate the 22nd anniversary of the release of her debut album, Mya has delivered the single “You Got Me (Part 2).” The track is a conceptual continuation of 2018’s “You Got Me”, taken from her album “T.K.O.” The song was produced by BINK. The song’s 90’s inspired production will surely please the singer’s longtime fans, and has enough contemporary appeal to attract new listeners as well. Hopefully, Mya and BINK have more music in the works. They certainly are a musical match made in heaven.
