From Emmet Till to George Floyd, the debate over the value of human life has been ongoing throughout history. Grammy nominated viral soul/R&B trio The Hamiltones kick off Black History Month with a plea for humanity in the music video “My Life Matters.” “My Life Matters” is taken from The Hamiltones’ new album “1964”, which was released on the 57th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr’s iconic “I Have A Dream” speech at the March on Washington and the 65th anniversary of the high profile death of Emmet Till.
