Rapper Lil Yachty surprised fans by releasing a track on the music platform Soundcloud. A few days after taking to Twitter to ask if people use the music platform, the artist released the single “GHINI-LY.” Yachty received an overwhelming response from followers who still use Soundcloud. No word if the question if people still use Soundcloud is a tease for his future plans. However, once the Atlanta native shared his new music exclusively for Soundcloud listeners, the social media comments came pouring in. Shad Gregory Moss, known professionally as Bow Wow (formerly Lil Bow Wow), is an American rapper/actor/television presenter from Columbus, OH. Moss’ career began upon being discovered by rapper Snoop Dogg in the late 1990s. He was eventually brought to producer Jermaine Dupri and signed to So So Def Recordings. As Lil Bow Wow, he released his debut album “Beware Of Dog” at age 13 in 2000. The album was followed by “Doggy Bag” a year later. He went on to release “Unleashed” (2003), “Wanted” (2005), “The Price Of Fame” (2006) and “New Jack City 2” (2009).

Sarah Jean Perkins, known professionally as Jean Carne, is an American R&B, jazz and pop singer. In mid career, she added a final e to her name. Carn is a vocalist credited with a five octave vocal range. She began her recording career with then husband, pianist Doug Carn, for Black Jazz Records. Carn has worked with some of the most prolific soul artists, producers and songwriters over the years, including Dizzy Gillespie, Norman Connors, The Temptations, Glenn Jones, Phyllis Hyman and Kenneth Gamble and Leon Huff. She released the albums “Jean Carne” (1977), “Happy To Be With You” (1978), “When I Find You Love” (1979), “Sweet And Wonderful” (1981), “Trust Me” (1982), “Closer Than Close” (1986), “You’re A Part Of Me” (1988), “Carn Sings McCoy” (1995) and “Love Lessons” (1996).
