R&B chanteuse FKA Twigs just released a very ambitious and creative EP titled “Caprisongs.” The project is a wonderful mix of R&B melodies, pulsing pop, and stylistic signatures that can only be described as distinctly twigs. The EP contains 17 tracks and features special guest appearances by Daniel Caesar, Shygirl, Rema, Jorja Smith and more. The EP also includes a collaboration with The Weeknd titled “Tears In The Club.” “Caprisongs” is a relatable album centering on the yearning for connection and some balance of life pre-pandemic.
