The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame just announced the nominees for its 2022 Rock Hall class. The list includes singer/songwriter and former Commodores member Lionel Richie, singer Dionne Warwick and rap group A Tribe Called Quest as well as Beck, Pat Benatar, Kate Bush, Devo, Carly Simon, Eminem, The Eurhythmics, Duran Duran, Judas Priest, Fela Kuti, MC5, New York Dolls, Dolly Parton and Rage Against The Machine. Fans can vote at vote.rockhall.com, but the ultimate decision rests with peers of the nominees. Typically five artists join the hall each year and those artists are announced in May.
