Alabama-based rapper Flow Milli just released the single “PBC (Pretty, Black, Cute)” to close out Black History Month. The song, like Flo’s earlier singles, is about self-confidence and female empowerment. On February 10, Flo Milli debuted the YoungFrye-produced track while walking the runway at Tia Adeola’s NYFW show.
