Toronto-born singer Carlos Morgan built a loyal following in the 1990s with a soulful blend of new jack swing grooves and velvety smooth vocals, both on such uptempo numbers as “Feeling Alright” and “Don’t Let This Thing Slide” along with the ballad “Forever For You.” He has released several singles along with an occasional album in the decades since. Now, he’s delving back into his archives to give a long-awaited commercial release to “We’re Gonna Make It”, a heartfelt uptempo number that was promoted on a small scale in 2005.
