UK music producer Obsidian Cane recently released the single “Juice”, which pays homage to the 1983 James Mtume hit “Juicy Fruit” and features singer Lyriqe. “Juice” uses the funky baseline and the seductive and atmospheric keyboard work of “Juicy Fruit” as the foundation for a song that features different lyrics but captures “Juicy Fruit’s” sweet eroticism.
