Fresh off a record-breaking performance at Rodeo Houston, Bun B keeps the momentum going with a new album. On March 11, the same day Bun B and friends rocked the NRG Stadium in front of a crowd of 73,000 plus, the legendary rapper along with producer Cory Mo teamed up for the album “Mo Trill.” The new collaborative project from the two Texas natives is an 11-track album that features special guest appearances by Slim Thug, Lil Keke, Big K.R.I.T., Tra Tha Truth, Z-Ro, Larry June, Le$, Devin The Dude, Benny The Butcher, 2 Chainz, Wale and Cee-Lo Green. The lead single from the album is entitled “Hesitate.” The song also has an accompanying music video. “Hesitate” features Talib Kweli, David Banner and Tobe Nwigwe. This is the 6th full-length album from Bun B and the first since last year’s “Distance” EP with Le$. The one half of the duo UGK made his solo debut in 2005 with the album “Trill.” He became a permanent solo act a few months after the release of UGK’s self-titled album when his partner Pimp C died in 2007. He released four albums, with the last one being “Return Of The Trill.” Now the trill is back, adding more to his resume with “Mo Trill.” Check out the album artwork below.
