Singer/songwriter Jaromir Loffler recently released the single “Everything Will Change.” The song was written before Russia invaded the Ukraine and wonders how much better the world would be if people could speak their minds without being jailed and is more powerful when you turn on the television and see anti-war protesters being jailed in Russia. With his gravelly voice and an instrumental arrangement that draws equally from Southern Soul and the Black church, Loffler uses “Everything Will Change” to both express his fervent hope for a better, fairer and more humane world and to speak truth to those standing in the way of that world.
