A new Kendrick Lamar album is due soon and within days of its release he released a new video. For his first single from the forthcoming “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers” album, Kendrick released “The Heart Pt. 5.” This is Kendrick’s first single since 2018. The video directed by Dave Free has Kendrick Lamar morphing into different notable celebrities with the lyrics aligning with each deepfake face. The faces he used include O.J. Simpson, Will Smith, Jussie Smollett, Kobe Bryant, and Nipsey Hustle. Kendrick Lamar himself assisted in directing the visual. “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers”, which is Kendrick’s fifth studio album, will be released May 13. Watch the “The Heart Pt. 5” video below.
