Kendric Lamar Duckworth, known professionally as Kendrick Lamar, is an American rapper/songwriter/record producer. He is often sited as one of the most influential rappers of his generation. Aside from his solo career, he is also a member of the hip hop supergroup Black Hippy along with his former Top Dawg Entertainment labelmates Ab-Soul, Jay Rock and Schoolboy Q. He has released the albums “Section.80” (2011), “Good Kid, M.A.D.D. City” (2012), “To Pimp A Butterfly” (2015), “Damn” (2017) and “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers” (2022).
